Deliveries
- Deliveries are made on Tuesdays to your home or workplace within the greater Madison area (within 15 miles of the farm).
- New Roots Farm microgreens are grown to order. If your order is placed close to the upcoming Tuesday and cannot be fulfilled, you will be notified and your greens will be available for delivery or pickup the following week.
- Leave a cooler with ice packs on your doorstep if you will not be available to receive them. Microgreens must be kept safe from the elements and New Roots Farm cannot be held responsible for the effects of outdoor temperatures on your delivery.
- FREE local delivery for orders starting at $20. Orders under $20 have a $3 delivery charge.
FREE PICKUP
- If you select local pickup, you must be available to pickup on Tuesday.
- New Roots Farm microgreens are grown to order. If your order is placed close to the upcoming Tuesday and cannot be fulfilled, you will be notified and your greens will be available for delivery or pickup the following week.
SubScriptions
- Convenient, regular, fresh nutrition. Choose from delivery to your home or workplace within the greater Madison area (within 15 miles of the farm) or free pickup. Enjoy special pricing when you choose a weekly subscription.
- New Roots Farm microgreens are grown to order. If your initial order is placed close to the upcoming Tuesday and cannot be fulfilled, you will be notified and your greens will be available starting the following week.
- There is a 4 week commitment on subscriptions.
- Subscriptions are billed weekly on Wednesday.
- Orders can be modified or added to each week. Microgreens are grown specifically for you, so modifications must be made at least 7 days prior to your next delivery.
- After the initial 4 weeks, you can cancel or suspend your weekly delivery any time by contacting us 7 days prior to your next delivery.
- For delivery, please leave a cooler with ice packs on your doorstep if you will not be available to receive them. Microgreens must be kept safe from the elements and New Roots Farm cannot be held responsible for the effects of outdoor temperatures on your delivery.
